Good Practices

It is correct to document good practices to ensure their preservation and constant application, we can do ‎it in documents such as guidelines, codes of good practices, manuals, documented procedures, ‎regulations, among others.‎

The Results of the Best Practices:‎

  2. Productivity and loyalty will increase. Employees who feel part of an organizational culture will be more ‎motivated and become brand ambassadors in their private activities.‎
  3. The work environment is better, since sharing values, behaviors and responsibilities makes human ‎groups experience a respectful environment and feel comfortable with the environment in which they are ‎immersed.‎
