The CSIA Partner Meeting is a unique opportunity to focus on topics related to the ecosystem of partner members — device and software suppliers, professional service firms, and more — that help system integrators drive new revenue or run stronger businesses.

While the CSIA Conference provides networking among the entirety of the CSIA membership, the CSIA Partner Meeting allows attendees to mix and mingle among a smaller group of attendees who are interested in exploring CSIA’s relationship with its Partner Members.

If you are a Partner Member, you’ll want to attend to:

• Help shape the CSIA content and opportunities, including for the 2027 Conference.
• Meet and greet with the CSIA Board of Directors and CSIA SI members who are keen to learn more about the products and services from Partner Members.
• Understand the needs of SIs in a collaborative small group discussion.
• Get advice on optimal programs for SIs.

If you are a System Integrator Member, you’ll want to attend to:

• Connect with a diverse group of Partner Member contacts, all at once.
• Explore insights and trends with industry leaders.
• Help shape the CSIA content and opportunities, including for the 2027 Conference.
• Share your thoughts on how Partner Members can collectively help you run a stronger business.

Note: This event is open to all CSIA members – SIs and Partners – at no cost, but you will need to register because space is limited. (Last year it sold out!)

Location

The CSIA Partner Meeting will be held at a hotel in Rosemont, Illinois, which is just outside Chicago near O-Hare Airport. A link to book your hotel room in CSIA’s negotiated, limited room block will be sent to you in your confirmation email. First come, first served. (Deadline to book hotel is August 17, 2026.)

Cost

There is no cost to attend the CSIA Partner Meeting, but it is exclusive to CSIA members. (Travel and accommodation are not included.)
