Marketing SIG: Do You Want to Talk About In-Person Events?

Open houses, customer events, and live experiences: Are they worth the investment? How do you plan and execute them effectively? How do you measure success? How do you justify the budget?

Let’s explore together during this Marketing Special Interest Group meeting!

(Note: This will NOT be recorded, so plan to attend the live event if you don’t want to miss out!)

The event will kick off with a very short presentation from Tory Manning, Vice President, Marketing, Cross Company, on her in-person event strategy and what’s working for her team.

Then it’s your turn! Brainstorm with your peers about:

  • Event strategy (Do you have one?)
  • Event format selection (Open houses, customer appreciation events, trade shows, lunch & learns?)
  • Budget allocation (What’s worth the investment?)
  • Driving attendance (How do you get the right people in the room?)
  • Measuring ROI (What metrics matter?)
  • Experience design (What keeps attendees engaged?)
  • The follow-up process (How do you convert attendees into opportunities?)
  • And more!

This will NOT be a typical webinar presentation – the format will be a virtual meeting – (which means mics and cameras on please 😊) so that you can get practical advice from the real experts – your peers!
