CSIA launched the Learning Hub earlier this year, with webinars and with presentations and live demonstrations at the CSIA Conference in San Diego. Since then, CSIA has promoted the offer to members directly, including providing a complimentary 30-day trial to members who wanted to try the product in advance of purchase. 

Learning Hub Paused 

However, member interest in obtaining and using the Learning Hub has been limited.  Therefore, to ensure that the organization is using member resources appropriately, CSIA will be pausing the offer of the Learning Hub at this time.   

This means that CSIA will not be offering subscriptions for renewal in 2026. 

Membership Growth, Outreach and Feedback 

CSIA is committed to providing a platform of benefits to help system integrators run the most successful businesses possible, and providing educational opportunities to integrators will always be a part of how CSIA supports its members for this goal.   

CSIA will continue to investigate which resources are most valuable to its members to ensure that integrators have access to exactly what they need at each stage in the evolution of their businesses.   

To this end, CSIA will be launching a special emphasis on membership growth, outreach, and feedback in the new year to better connect members to the organization and each other, reinforcing CSIA as the home by system integrators, for system integrators.
