Building What’s Next
CSIA is looking for session proposals with practical insights, real-world examples, and forward-looking strategies for owners, executives, and senior leaders of system integration companies.
The best sessions will answer one question: how do system integrators build what’s next — for their businesses, their customers, and the industry?
What We’re Looking For
Session proposals should align with a Business Focus — Building the Business, Delivering Customer Value, or Sustaining Operational Excellence — through a primary lens of Technology, People, or Processes. We’re especially interested in sessions addressing:
- Defending and expanding the integrator’s role — differentiation, strategic customer relationships, adjacent markets, and navigating consolidation
- Technology creating value today — AI, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and other real-world implementations with measurable outcomes (not product pitches)
- Building for the future — workforce transformation, succession planning, scaling strategies, and long-term competitive advantage
What Makes a Strong Submission
Practical, actionable, and grounded in real experience — with measurable outcomes where possible. Individual presentations and co-presented case studies are strongly preferred over panels. Vendor-neutral educational content only; no product demos or sales pitches.
Who’s in the Room
CEOs, presidents, owners, and senior leaders across operations, business development, service, project delivery, HR, and technology — all looking for proven ideas and strategic insight to bring back to their organizations.
Ready to Share What You Know?
Submissions require a title, a 250–500 word abstract, your Business Focus and Functional Perspective, 3–5 learning objectives, a speaker bio, and your preferred session format.
