The 2026 CSIA Conference will take place at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Located in the heart of downtown, the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor offers modern comfort and convenience just steps from the city’s top attractions. Connected to the Baltimore Convention Center and overlooking Oriole Park at Camden Yards it’s an ideal spot for a spring conference! The group rate of $249 plus taxes and fees ends on Friday, April 10.

CSIA has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block and negotiate an optimum room rate for its attendees and exhibitors. In the past unauthorized companies/housing providers (commonly known as hotel pirates) have been known to solicit CSIA attendees and exhibitors to secure them lower room rates.
Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing providers is not approved by CSIA. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or charge penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to the CSIA staff. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to stay at the host hotel so that CSIA and its members can benefit from the hotel’s reduced costs that in turn, lead to keeping registration costs and exhibit fees down for the participants.

Airport Shuttle: Hotel does not provide shuttle service to and from area airports.
Parking: Onsite self parking is $36 per day.
