Industry leaders recently gathered in San Diego, California, for the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) annual conference to honor the recipients of the 2025 CSIA Awards. These awards recognize individual and company achievements and their significant contributions to CSIA and the broader system integration industry.
CSIA empowers system integrators by enhancing their business and management capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing industry expertise, and promoting the value of partnering with control system integrators. With hundreds of members worldwide, CSIA is a global leader in advancing the profession.
Becca Johnson, operational excellence, for A&E Engineering, served as emcee for the Awards Ceremony on June 5 during the 2025 CSIA Conference in San Diego, California.
CSIA recognized the following individuals and companies:
2025 Charlie Bergman “Remember Me” Award
Brian Mullen, Management Consultant, Exotek
This award honors an individual who exemplifies the spirit of CSIA’s founding member Charlie Bergman — demonstrating leadership, a generous willingness to share, and dedication to the advancement of the profession.

2025 Integrator Member of the Year Award
EOSYS
Awarded to an integrator member that has made outstanding contributions to the association and the profession through active participation and service.

2025 Partner Member of the Year Award
ECBM
This award recognizes a Partner Member that has shown exemplary engagement with CSIA and contributed significantly to its mission and growth.

2025 Emerging Leader Award
Lindsey Weimer, Business Development Director, MartinCSI
This award celebrates a rising professional who, early in their career, has demonstrated leadership potential, innovation, and a strong commitment to the industry.

2025 Social Responsibility Award
Hebron Soft/Hebron Academy
Presented to an Integrator or Partner Member that has achieved outstanding results through corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives

Special Recognition
Víctor Javier González Pulido, director of Cybermax Automation, was also recognized for his 10 years of dedication to CSIA’s LATAM region. Henry Kattan, General Director of Cybermax, accepted the award during the ceremony, after recorded remarks from González Pulido.
“This year’s Awards Ceremony was more than a celebration. It was a powerful reminder of the extraordinary vision, innovation, and leadership driving our industry forward. It was a true honor to celebrate the individuals and organizations who are not only making a lasting impact today but are also laying the foundation for a smarter, more connected world,” said outgoing CSIA CEO Jose Rivera.
